Choose Love does whatever it takes to provide refugees and displaced people with everything from lifesaving rescue boats to food and legal advice. In just 8 years, their work has reached over 5 million people. They work in 26 countries, responding to emergencies like the recent earthquakes in Türkiye and Syria, and the invasion of Ukraine, and also providing the longer-term care needed as people rebuild their lives. Everything they do is powered by a vision of a world that chooses love and justice every day, for everyone.

Gemma Styles is a Podcaster, writer and MQ Ambassador who uses her voice to raise awareness on a variety of global matters she is passionate about. With the aim to use her platforms for good, Gemma has built a loyal audience who are invested in learning and are eager to implement change.

As the host of award-winning podcast, Good Influence, Gemma invites discussion on topics that we should be familiar with, from mental health to sustainability to feminism. After three successful seasons, Gemma has reached over 1 million downloads and won ‘Podcast of the Year’ at the 2022 Blogosphere Awards.

Gemma continues to support charitable causes such as MQ, Choose Love and the UN throughout her work to contribute and raise awareness.
