Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel your order once it has been placed. Please await delivery and then return your item(s) to us in their original packaging for a full refund.

Orders placed with Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery will be processed on the next working day after your order, and arrive the following day.

To maintain the orignal sparkle of your piece, we recommend storing it within the original Rachel Jackson jewellery box when you're not wearing it.
When wearing your piece it is best to keep it away from water, humidity, perfume and creams.
