FREE DELIVERY | We offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £100 delivering to the UK
STANDARD DELIVERY | Our standard delivery charge is £3.50. Orders will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days when delivering to the UK. Via a DPD Service.
NEXT WORKING DAY | We offer a next day service for £4.95 for orders placed before 3pm when delivering to the UK.
Orders placed after 3pm weekdays or on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the next working day via a 24hour service
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY | Our standard delivery charge is £3.50. Orders will be delivered within7-12 Working Days, dependent on exact location and international customs processes. Via a Royal Mail Service.
Please note: We can not guarantee next day delivery to islands and highlands and orders may take up to 2 working days. While orders will be dispatched using the next day service, our DPD service cannot guarantee next day delivery.
Delivery times may differ for weekends and bank holidays.
US DELIVERY
MOTHER'S DAY DELIVERY:
STANDARD US DELIVERY | Our standard delivery charge is $15.00 or FREE on orders over $175.
Orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days. All duties and taxes paid.
EXPRESS US DELIVERY | We offer a 1- 2 days service for $25.00 or FREE for orders over $200.00.
All duties and taxes paid.
Europe - £10 (5-7 working days)
Rest of the World - £10 (7-10 working days)
International delivery costs £10.00 per order and will be sent by a trackable service which requires a signature (excluding Australia). Rachel Jackson London products are sold in Pounds Sterling on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order. International items are often handled by more than one postal service. Delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to. Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks.
Delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays.
We cannot change/amend the delivery address on orders once they have been processed or dispatched. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any third party involvement where delays occur to deliveries. Items not received but tracked as being delivered - We have found this can often happen when items are delivered to a work addressbecause your parcel may have been delivered to a post room or colleague within the company. In these cases, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from DPD via the online tracking module you will have received via email. Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address.
Rachel Jackson London Limited cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
Please bear in mind that if you have ordered multiple pieces, your treasures may be dispatched separately depending on where the stock is located. You should receive a tracking number for each shipment. .
Once placed it is not possible to make changes, amendments or to cancel your order. Any exceptions to this are entirely at our discretion. If upon receipt of your order you would like to return it, details of our returns procedure can be found here
