Are you still making and dispatching jewellery? 

Yes! We've temporarily relocated our London studio to Rachel's family home in Kent. This means we're still able to safely make and dispatch your orders within 48 hours. 

 

Is it safe for me to take deliveries?

Royal Mail will not ask for signatures when handing over parcels to customers and will place the item at the door. Having knocked on the door, the driver will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure the item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We're still dispatching your orders within 48 hours, but Royal Mail are experiencing some delays in their usual service times. 

International deliveries may be delayed by a few days, and some countries have restrictions on postage. If in doubt, please check with us before purchasing.

We have disabled the 'Next Day' delivery option as unfortunately we can't guarantee this at the moment. All UK orders will be processed in 48 hours and estimated delivery time is 3-5 days. 

 

Can I still return my item if unwanted or faulty? 

Of course! We've extended our returns policy to 90 days to accomodate any logistic issues you may have getting to the post office. We do urge you to contact us before making a return in case we're able to resolve your issue in another way. Check our returns info here.
