Studio and Admin Assistant

Overview of the role:

We are looking for a meticulously organised studio assistant to join our small but mighty Shoreditch team. You will have a calm can-do attitude and be able to work well under pressure. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Accepting and printing orders across all digital platforms
  • Updating the back-end of all websites, changing products and pricing when necessary
  • Changing lead times and stock levels across all digital platforms
  • Stock management for SOR key accounts
  • Carrying out a monthly stock check
  • Day to day order fulfillment packing and dispatching b2b and b2c orders
  • Royal mail dispatch and business account administration
  • Overseeing seasonal packing staff ensuring a high standard is maintained

Skills and experience required:

  • Brilliant attention to detail – works fast, but takes pride in what they are doing to avoid errors
  • A logical and methodical approach to prioritising work
  • Good communication skills, in person, over the phone and on email
  • Computer literate, experience working with the back-end of websites useful but not essential
  • Flexible to provide support to all areas of the business as required

Jewellery Makers

Overview of the role:

We are looking for freelance jewellery makers with a can-do upbeat attitude to join our small team in Old Street. Hours will be dependent on production needs. More hours will be available during busy periods eg. holiday cover and Christmas. Your main duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Jewellery making to fulfil online orders daily
  • Engraving our personalised products (training will be provided)
  • Quality checking products – ensuring they meet our high standard before leaving the studio
  • Monitoring stock levels
  • Packing online and wholesale orders
  • Supporting the production team

Skills and experience required:

  • Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines in a busy studio
  • Knowledge of jewellery production processes
  • Good jewellery making skills (wire and tool work)
  • Fast working with great attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
