The team at RJ know we are part of something much bigger and more important than ourselves or our brand and we have a true, heartfelt desire to drive change, for both people and the planet.
We’re thrilled to be offering a super easy recycling service.
If you have any unwanted hallmarked sterling silver, gold plated or solid gold jewellery (from any brand, including broken jewellery), our team would love you to send it to us for a Rachel Jackson gift card.
Firstly, please send our team pictures of the jewellery you would like to recycle and the weight to recycling@
Our Team will then assess and quote the amount we will offer you for the jewellery - this ranges between £10 - £100, depending on the weight.
We will then ask for you to send the jewellery to our studio for your old pieces to get recycled.
Once with us, the team will send you your personal gift card.
OUR RE-PLATING SERVICE
If you notice your treasure has lost its shine over time, we also offer a replating service for all Rachel Jackson pieces.
We believed that jewellery is here to treasure for a lifetime, and replating your jewellery gives it a new lease of life.
Our service ranges between £25-£50 depending on the size of the piece.
